Great Food & Cool Lodging Smack-dab in the Middle of the Mississippi Delta

The BLUE BISCUIT is the perfect place to have your next meeting, dinner or cocktail party. It is a cool old storefront with a relaxing atmosphere that can be dressed up or down for any occasion. Located across the street from the BB King Museum, the Biscuit is in the middle of Indianola's Historic District and within an hour of more than two dozen important Blues & Cultural sites.

We have over 38 years combined experience (Culinary & Hospitality) in hosting groups of all sizes for private and corporate dinners, tours, receptions, cocktail parties, picnics, cookouts, wedding & divorce celebrations and poolside parties. We offer elegant, serious gourmet fare, authentic Southern Soul Food, award-winning BBQ and even a "Redneck Fish Fry." The partners (Morgan Freeman’s former Chef and the self proclaimed “Redneck Chef"), can execute any menu you desire, uptown or down home. We have several great party venues that have been the setting for hundreds of lavish gatherings and righteous throw-downs since 1985.

THE BLUE BISCUIT BUNGALOWS have been described as, "literally and figuratively between the Alluvian and the Shack Up Inn." They are within easy walking distance of all area clubs, downtown businesses, shops and restaurants and are literally a few steps from the BB King Blues Museum.

They have all the comforts of home plus vintage furnishings, WiFi, a touch of whimsy and a fun, relaxing atmosphere. There are two Bungalows so far, a poolside guesthouse (sleeps two), and a circa 1929 farm office (sleeps four), each with a few surprises of its own. Lots of amenities, perfect for Business or Blues travel.

If you're traveling to Indianola, THE BLUE BISCUIT, can help you with Serious Business or Monkey Business! Grab a card, tell your friends!
